Merritt Family

How often do you get to meet strangers and have them share with you their most prized memories of their loved ones who have passed on? Heart-felt "thank yous" to all of the Merritt family who so graciously allowed me to interrupt their annual plot cleaning in late November to share stories of their loved ones and to allow me to photograph some of them as they cleaned the area in almost total silence. I can only hope that when I pass I have people like the Merritts' to see after my final resting place!
